ERMATL makes, according to the standards IPC610 and a mastered industrial process, cards or complex wired electronic cables, in the respect for deadlines and for constraints defined by the specifications of our customers:

• Cabling of components of technology SMD " surface mounted device " and traversants, in automatic or manual mode
• Replacement and insertion of components on electronic boards
• Wired Cabling, case of tests and integration of sets or subsets

The company is structured around multi-purpose teams which implement a sophisticated and adapted material:

• Machine to silk-screen TWS SR2600 with frame Vector Guard from Dek for a prelocated application of the dough to braze
• Robots "TWS person in his forties laser "Pick and Place" equipped with camera and laser of pose for cabling CMS of precision (BGA, QFN, 0201 …)
• Oven 4 zone Mistral 360 with rotating heat IR (infrared) for soldering and brazing of CMS
• Binocular magnifying glasses (swelling x10 and x20) for inspections of the welds and occasions of cards
• Machines of optical inspection AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) Cluso Vision System for the control of cabled cards(maps)
• Machine of wash and drying with hot air with cleaners of aeronautical quality and protecting the environment.
